Benoit PIERART and Gudrun VAN CALBERGH are co-authoring a book that relates all the stages in the life of a company, from its constitution until the moment of its dissolution, and that takes a closer look at all aspects of the day-to-day activities and matters it is faced with.
This practical book deals with administrative topics, matters of taxation, labour law and contracts and is updated on a yearly basis.

Benoit PIERART obtained his Certificate of Master of Laws in 1991 Magna Cum Laude at the Université Catholique de Louvain. Within the framework of the Erasmus programme he studied at the University of Leiden (The Netherlands). Since 1995 he also obtained his Diploma in Tax Law at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales in Brussels Magna Cum Laude. Since 1992, Benoit PIERART has been a member of the Bar of French-speaking solicitors in Brussels. For years he has been publishing articles on legal subjects in the magazine TIPS & ADVIES / ASTUCES (Indicator) and has been giving seminars on practical topics. Benoit PIERART ’s working languages are French, English and Dutch.
Gudrun VAN CALBERGH obtained her Certificate of Master of Laws Magna Cum Laude in 1997 at the Vrije Universiteit in Brussels (VUB). Previously, she has worked eight years as Purchaser in the purchasing department in the European headquarters of a multinational petrochemical company. Since becoming a member of the Bar of Dutch-speaking solicitors in Brussels in 1997, she places the experience and knowledge she has gained there at the disposal of our clients. Gudrun VAN CALBERGH gives lectures within the framework of practical seminars and is, among other things, co-author of the article «Wie, wat, waar, wanneer?
